Nous, qui étions a priori méfiants et opposés aux agences immobilières ayant eu une expérience plutôt négative à l'égard de plusieurs qui nous avaient spontanément sollicités, nous recommandons d'avoir recours à ce mandataire dont les honoraires sont raisonnables.
